FRIULCO DOUGH SHEETER IS THE MOST RESISTANT BECAUSE:
1: it works without belts
No belts and no gears in the Friulco dough sheeter M51: a choice aimed at eliminating jamming risks, premature wear and tear and frequent breakdowns.
2: non-deformable rollers
The M51 rollers are in steel, covered with a thick layer of Delrin©, a very resistant food approved resin, non-stick and anti-wear. With a diameter of 90mm, the M51 rollers are very resistant to hard mechanical stress.
3: Sturdy and steady
From the frame to the mechanical parts, Friulco dough sheeters are manufactured in thick stainless steel.
To gain time and avoid fatigue
One pizza in less than one second
Designed to face a high daily production, M51 works with portions from 200 grams up to 1 Kg. with a capacity of 3000 pizzas per hour, three times more than with a manual dough processing.
Placing the M51 side by side with the dough rounder R10 or the dough divider M48 + rounder, the different phases of the pizza preparation will be sped up, gaining further time and energy to be spent on more stimulating aspects of your work.

Perfectly round pizza bases
The Friulco patented exclusive system can be found in the complete range of dough sheeters: it accompanies the dough and turns it at 90° to create perfectly round pizzas without helping yourself with your hands. In less than one second and in one single pass, M51 evenly flattens the dough shaping it at the requested thickness and size up to a maximum diameter of 51 cm.
Easiness of work
Always within reach
M51 easily finds its place on the kitchen table top for easiness of work.
Completely in stainless steel, M51 can be quickly disassembled and is mounted on four adjustable feet in order to leave enough space underneath: all clever thoughts to facilitate the daily cleaning.
Easy to adjust
Just introducing calibrated portions and turning the two graduated thickness regulation devices on the right of the machine, you quickly get pizzas at the requested thickness and diameter.
