Troubleshooting guide
1.
The dough does not come out round(model M45/60):
the opening of the rolls is not adjusted correctly
adjust the lower rolls at the requested thickness and then open the upper rolls of approx. the double.
the dough portion is to be round shaped when placed into the machine
2.
The dough does not come out rectangular(models M60 or M45/60):
the dough portion has not been placed into the machine with a shape more or less like a parallelepiped
3.
The dough does not come out correctly from the lower rolls:
take away and clean the dough scrapers(after having removed the springs ref.019)
