Troubleshooting guide
1. The dough does not come out round:
- The opening of the rolls is not correctly adjusted
- Adjust the lower rolls at the requested thickness and then open the upper rolls at the same position
- The dough portion is to be round shaped when placed into the machine
- Introduce the dough portion in line with the sign on the funnel.
2. The dough does not come out rectangular:
- The dough portion has not been placed into the machine with a shape more or less like a parallelepiped
- The dough portion is to be introduced perfectly parallel to the upper rolls
3. The dough does not come out correctly from the lower rolls:
- Take away and clean the dough scrapers (after having removed the springs)
