It works automatically: you just need to place the fresh dough inside of the dough container and you get the dough portions out of the dough rounder
It works continuously without interruption as long as there is dough inside of the container (max. capacity: 44 litres)
The machine immediately stops when the upper or the front door is opened
The dough divider is completely built in stainless steel
Knife, sensor and dough support in teflon-coated stainless steel
Unbreakable

The dough rounder has the same characteristics as the single machine
A chute brings the portions from the dough divider into the dough rounder
Prepares portions weighing approx. 300 to 650 grams
On request, the adjustable cone of the model M44/300 can be mounted on this dough divider in order to get with the same machine portions weighing approx. 50 up to 300 grams: the working field in this case is approx. 50 to 650 grams.
Very compact and extremely strong
The dough portions come out perfectly round and closed

Check that the doors ref.610 and 611 are correctly closed
Check that the emergency pushbutton is not pressed
Check that the grid ref.660 is correctly placed
Check that the dough rounder is correctly placed under the dough divider
Check that the dough rounder is duly plugged into the socket of the dough divider
